I have no Idea how to fix this!! i already tried troubleshooting and writing the repair command terms but it always ends up failing and going back to the restart blue screen!! I even tried to enter safe mode via F4 in the advanced option settings startup section. I do not know what else to do please help urgently I am a student and this is the only computer I have and can afford!
