Cant download the x86 2022 version of VC Redist

All other versions works fine except this when installing, I tried every methods I found to try resolving this issue but none worked.It keeps saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"Log file of the error: [2448:1010][2024-11-25T01:59:45]i001: Burn v3.10.4.4718, Windows v10.0 (Build 19045: Service Pack 0), path: C:\Users\akira\AppData\Local\Temp\{D163F652-BE67-484C-8A8C-331ECA91742F}\.cr\VC_redist.x86.exe[2448:1010][2024-11-25T01:59:45]i009: Command Line: '-burn.clean.room=C:\Users\akira\Downloads\VC_redist.x86.exe -burn.filehandle.attached=696 -bu
