Win 11 - How do I find the Apps listed in Settings > Apps > Installed Apps? They Are not in the All Apps list found in the Start Menu.

How do I find the Apps listed below? They are NOT in the All Apps list under anything I can find. If I do a Search at the top of the Settings > Apps > Installed Apps page for any one of these, it narrows it down to show I have that App, but does not show me WHERE it is. I tried searching the entire C: drive for these and eventually it showed me some documents under Users but not all of them and certainly not files anywhere near as large as shown in the image below.
