"No Devices Found" when trying to cast

Trying to share to chromecast from windows laptop. Chromecast is functioning (I can cast from my phone) and I've been casting from this laptop, to this chromecast successfully for over a year. I tried restarting pc multiple times, factory reset of chromecast itself. Various commands in command prompt from another article. Nothing seems to work. **** is going on.
