So I have a win 10 pro oem key but it says its not oem ?

I sent my Asus pc to the service, it was win 11 pro and when I got it back I rebooted my pc with a usb. It's been a month or two but now I see that it's windows 11 home. So I used ShowKeyPlus to see if my key was win 11 pro or not and it seems it was win 10 pro but I do remember win 10 pro translates to win 11 pro. I tried using it again but it just didn't let me since it's an oem key. Instead of the key I have, the one that writes there is a different key and not oem as well. What can I do now ? Do I need to contact Asus ? Windows ? or Where I bought the laptop ?
