Can't activate Windows 11 Pro

Hello,a week ago I had to reinstall Windows 11 Pro on my PC after an error during an update. I used the Windows 11 media creation tool to reinstall it. Before reinstalling Windows I had Windows 11 Pro installed and activated on my PC. After reinstalling Windows wasn't activated anymore. I used an app called ShowKeyPlus to check the key and it was just an generic key. Then I reached out to the PC shop I bought the PC from about this and they sent me a new key. I tried activating Windows using that key and it didn't work because I got an error that said ''We cant activate windows on this device
