I can't purchase Ibis Paint

I'm trying to purchase a Prime membership for Ibis Paint but when trying to put in my credit card information, the fields are locked (greyed out) to the USA (I'm in Canada so don't have a ZIP code) so I can't input my card and make the payment. I have already entered my credit card information in my account in the Microsoft Store and it is set to my Canadian address. I've re-installed Ibis Paint, updated my Windows and re-started my Surface Pro.
