Signing in to Microsoft Family Feature doesn't work

Dear support,I'm having an issue to sign my son computer to Microsoft Family Feature.After filling his email address and password, he gets error "The password is incorrect. Please try again." and it's also possible to send the code to listed email address, but this email address we have never seen before. (Email code to tn*****@armo.lol)Thanks a lot in advance for your advice.
