Why is Windows 11 Pro missing the setting for "Copilot" and "Recall & Snapshots"?

Copilot appears on my taskbar in Windows 11 Pro, but none of the instructions in the forum articles work to disable it. Furthermore, I can't even check whether "Recall & Snapshots" is enabled/disabled/installed, let alone change its setting or disable it. The following settings are mentioned in various Windows technical forums, including the Microsoft articles I've found, but they don't seem to exist on my system: Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Copilot Settings > Privacy & security > Recall & snapshots I've enabled the following group policy, but Copilot s
