I tried everything I could find to deal with a problem that arose after some sort of BIOS update. Kept getting “something went wrong” message time after time. Tried diagnostics but that failed. In desperation I chose option to delete files and reload Windows. To my amazement it actually worked!! I’m not sure but it seems the only files I was able to restore were those backed up to the cloud. Luckily I had done a recent backup to flash drive. To get to the menu implied above, hold down the shift key and do a restart by clicking on the tiny icon in bottom right of your screen. Good luck!!
