Can't update or reinstall windows

I'm in the insider preview, Beta channel. My windows stopped updating in July, though I didn't notice for several months (it's automatic, I'm bad with numbers.) The uploads fail with the error message 0x800700c1 Early on, also I tried changing to different preview channels (I think Dev and the release preview), they also fail when installing with the same error message. All other updates are working perfectly. It's JUST the windows update that doesn't work. Current buildEdition Windows 11 Home Version 23H2 Installed on ‎3/‎17/‎2023 OS build 22635.3790 Experience Windows Feature Experience
