My Windows 11 is crashing at least 2-3 times a day

Hi,For the last 2-3 weeks, my laptop keeps crashing. I thought it was due to intensive work (it seemed to happen when I was doing some heavy calculations but it's definitely not the case) .Blue window and all. I don't really recall installing anything specific that could trigger this and I update Windows as suggested. Not sure how to attach the dump files if it's of any interest.Any help is greatly appreciated!
