Logitech drivers are incompatible. Memory integrity can't be turned ON

When I did a Windows Uptade the Logitech driver lvbflt64.sys couldn't be loaded because of a security setting.I turned it OFF (Memory integrity) and after some restarts tried to turn it ON again.Now that is impossible because of six Logitech drivers. All named "lv*64.sys".Is this "Memory integrity" function important?Is it possible to update the Logitech drivers?
