Arrow Keys are not working on Windows shutdown screen?

Hi,When I'm shutting down windows, I usually get that screen showing active programs which are blocking Windows from shutting down. Typically the "cancel" option is pre-selected and when I press space or enter that button is triggered.So, when I'm shutting down I press left arrow key once, select the button that shuts down the Windows, and then press enter. For the past few weeks I am not able to use arrow keys on that shutdown screen regardless of what I do, I can still press "space" or "enter" to trigger the selected button.
