I bought a used laptop and brought it home and did a factory reset, when i am doing the set up for windows 11, it gives the error that i lost my internet connection and can't continue the set up, i bypassed with the cmd and continued. I make an account and log in and i cannot open settings or form an internet connection, whenever i try to open settings, it closes instantly, also windows start doesn't work either. I have tried everything i have seen, running the sfc scan (which said that there are no issues found) and other commands, when i open the resource manager, it shows that the search
