Where is the voice recognition setup

I was able to find it once then went to run again and it was no longer there. I use the comp for gaming. I use software called VoiceAttack where it will use key presses I made using my voice to complete commands in the game. I ran the setup once and didn't know I needed to do it several times for the computer to understand me perfectly every time. I go to run it again and it is non existent. I am confused as to where it could have gone. Blows me away. So, I searched the internet and have tried everything I have read nothing is of help. Is it gone forever? What can I do to get it back?
