Unable to uninstall Microsoft Store Apps

My WhatsApp and Spotify have stopped working out of nowhere. If I try to run them, nothing happens, no error message or anything like that. Both were downloaded via the Microsoft Store (I am regretting it), which makes it annoying to uninstall. I have tried to download these apps straight from their websites to avoid this in the future but both tell me that they are already installed. The Microsoft Store says to "Install" both Spotify and WhatsApp. There is an "Update" button, but nothing happens when I click on it.In Apps & Features, both apps are greyed out. I went into Advanced Options
