I'm attempting to upgrade two identical PCs to Windows 11 but PC Health Check can't determine if my second PC is eligible

I can't seem to upload a screenshot of PC Health Check either but I'm hoping the title says it all. I put of Windows 11 for the longest time because I didn't know I just had to reformat my storage devices to be compatible with secure boot and enable secure boot. Suffice to say I was able to get Health Check to give the green light on my first PC and the Windows 11 installer proceeded without issue. However, my second PC with the exact same specs isn't given the green light. I get:"To see if this PC can run Windows 11, check the system requirements, or ask the company that manufactured your PC.
