Frequent VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE crash and don't know reason

Hello fellas, I've been having trouble lately with my PC. Basically a couple weeks ago I bought a 1 TB SSD (bought at Cex in UK, not used according to person who sold it) to replace my 1 TB HDD, and shortly after my PC started occassionally crashing, basically by game would freeze, all sound would die, then my PC would force a restart. I used WinDbg to check the minidump and VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE as the result.So it's the graphics card driver right? Is what I thought. I updated my drivers from NVIDIA's website, now keep in mind my PC is a bit ancient, I have a GTX 1060 that has served me
