When you have a passwordless account how do you use any of the advanced system recovery tools?

So recently a simple problem led to me have to restore an image using macrium reflect because system restore in fact all of the advanced system recovery tools asked me for a password. I tried everything every password I use and even tried app passwords recovery key and nothing worked had I been able to run system restore it would have been fixed in 2 minutes. If I buy Macrium Reflect I guess it wouldn't matter but I don't want to buy it since windows tools are all one truly needs I'm lucky that I don't fully trust windows and that I had done an incremental yesterday so I only lost 1 day of wor
