My microsoft account on my computer is stuck on the welcome screen then says that I have entered the wrong password. I have reset my computer many times, shut down, and unplugged it and it seems to me no work. I have also changed my password but that also did not work. I logged into another account that there and it worked. Even the guest profile worked yet not mine. How can I fix this?
