cant play audio on Acer laptop, audio muted permanently

recently, i just updated my drivers, but after restarting, i couldnt unmute my audio, it is permanently stuck on mute and i cant use the on-keyboard button to unmute, i cant use settings to change the volume and also i tried to troubleshoot audio settings but it said no device connected. when i try adding a audio output device, it says theres none available and except my headphones, so many laptop is completely unable to play audio. Im using an Acer Nitro 5 but i dont think the laptop is the cause of the problems, as from what I see online, it is probably the drivers but im not sure how I shou
