second broken downloads folder

so i've had a lot of stuff gone wrong on this pc and this is just one of them, i dont remember how or when it happened but im just now coming back to it, theres this second folder on my quick access called Download3F-4565-9164-39C4925E467B}, when i open it it brings me to the same downloads folder as my main one, but it just has a weird name, even when i go into properties it wont show the full name. And the annoying part is, i can't unpin it from my quick access, when i do, my normal downloads folder disappears, and when i re-pin the main folder, i cant move the main folder above Download3F-4
