windows 10 sfc /scannow not working

I'm getting bsods lately with stopcode DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATIONWhile searching for fixes someone told me to scan for corrupted stuffs and I tried the command and it gave me this line "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service", I searched some posts about this but none of them worked, so I'm here seeking for helps ( oh yes I got blank update screen too )
