Updated to windows 11 and now i cant find my recovery partition.

I ran into an issue last night with my pc not wanting to boot up. After i finally got it working it said there was an issue with the boot disk. I wanted to create a recovery partition in my external SSD which would be Disk 0 in the new volume space. However i dont know where to find my recovery files to copy over to the (E:) ("New Volume") partition. I reset my pc to factory because i assumed there was an error with the install but no.
