Why did my wallpaper change after updating Windows?

I opened my laptop after updating Windows, thinking, "Ah, jolly me, I hope to see my beautiful, good old wallpaper," only to make a surprising discovery! Dear heavens, it was changed! And what’s this? Some weird icon in the top-right corner of my desktop.I immediately went into the settings and discovered that some vile goblins have introduced yet another new, bogus feature, and as always, set it as a default option for every user. I changed the setting back to a static image as my wallpaper (took me nearly 4 whole seconds) and decided to write this strongly worded letter of protest against su
