32bit Apps high CPU x64 W2008

Issue: Generally performance ok on x64, all drivers up to date as are

patches. When running 32bit applications such as IE or even mpsreports the

cpu utilisation jumps to almost 50% making everything very poor. This

obviously has issues for a lot of applications. Any thoughts?
