Tablet PC Settings missing

I have added a second touch screen to my PC. Currently have two main displays and two touch screen displays, for home simulator. I was able to get the first touch screen added and calibrated, but not the second as I needed a longer cable. When adding the 2nd touch screen then opening the Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, there is no longer the Tablet PC Settings. This is a new PC buildWindows 11
