I cant install bluetooth drivers

I had a power outage in my house and the when i turned my pc back on the bluetooth wouldn't work. I did whatever the troubleshooting page said and i ended up uninstalling my bluetooth drivers and they are supposed to come right back but i cant seem to figure it out.
