Guest DympnaMoloney Posted November 27, 2024 Posted November 27, 2024 Dear SirsI tried to put my name into my passed-away husband RIP Account last month and now I noticed on 20th October Microsoft gave me a new accountand billed me for £79.99 and said my next charge will be 20th October 2025. I saw the bill on his email kPlease can you help me, I do not think it is fair that I now have two family I had a lot to sort out after my ill Husband died on 17th June this year. I could not find anybody to talk to at Microsoft for me to request our account be put into my sole name and now change it back to only me using Microsoft 365 on my gadgets.
