Hello, I am changing my PC and it's time to install the OS. I had windows 10 on my previous pc, but I was unable to upgrade to windows 11 due to technical requirements. Can I just install windows 11 from the usb media and activate it with my windows 10 key from my previous PC? I've heard that owning a windows 10 license gives you a free upgrade to windows 11.
