Microsoft store app updates and installations not working (0x80073CFE)

I've tried a myriad of solutions to try solving my problem, but nothing I've done has helped in any way. I've deleted and reinstalled the store using Powershell, tried changing advanced options in Apps & Features, and looked at several other threads regarding 0x80073CFE for solutions, but all to no avail.Some of the other symptoms I've seen is that the microsoft store doesn't appear anywhere within my apps and features list (so I'm unable to access advanced settings to try resetting it), and when I conduct a troubleshoot scan on the microsoft store, I'm told that issues were detected with
