I recently performed a clean installation of Windows 11 Home on my laptop, but I am now experiencing an issue where flickering lines appear at the bottom of the screen.These lines only show up in certain scenarios:On the lock screenOn the desktopDuring gameplay after the game has fully loadedInterestingly, the lines do not appear in other situations, such as when opening File Explorer, web browsers, or while a game is launching.To troubleshoot, I have:1. Reinstalled both my Intel and NVIDIA graphics drivers.2. Downloaded a fresh Windows 11 ISO and performed another clean installation of Window
