Laptop Shutting down on its own

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T480 and some times it shuts down on its own or gives a blue screen error. Sometimes it shuts down mid boot or when booted up freeze or 10-15 minutes later shut down. I have opened up the laptop cleaned all the dust out the fan and I have good ventilation. I tried to run diagnostics but it shut down between the diagnostics. I removed my laptop battery and tried again still nothing. I opened the laptop again took out the battery from the inside removed the CMOS Battery too still no luck. Then I put everything back together before that checked for loose connections too b
