Windows 11 Upgrade (PC Health check))

OK, so have a new mobo (ASRock B760) with an i5 - 14500, when I run the PC health check for upgrade to WIN 11 it always comes back I need to change the boot to UEFI, but al the options in that section are set for UEFI (none set for legacy bios) and still I get the same answer!! I have deleted the APP and reinstalled again, still the same answer comes back. Any ideas on a workaround as obviously the bloody app is useless.... As I have follwed the instructions to no avail
