Updating Windows 11 to Version 24H2... what a farce!

I have been trying to update Windows 11 to V. 24H2 for TWO DAYS!I am receiving various errors after waiting several hours whilst the install completes - 0xc190020e (twice);0xc1900106;0x80004005 - The first and last appear to be, 'insufficient space' - Fair enough, a result of ridiculously small Hard Disks in modern laptops! Despite uninstalling numerous apps and bundled bloatware, as well as dumping the contents of various folders onto a USB stick... hoping to put them back after the update! - and a 'Permissions' issue (no details of which folder(s))! As for 0xc1900106, that's less clear???I'm
