Windows 11 November Updated: Can't copy, move or rename files. Can't do anything on the explorer

I just updated my Windows 11 PRO Version 23H2 and after restarting it, It remains blocked on a blank screen (after login). Tried to restart: NothingRemoved the monitor connected via HDMI, Removed all the USB connected: NothingRestarted in Recovery Mode and removed the Update. After removing the installed updated, I was able to login and see the explorer, all the apps works, but the explorer is resetting every single time I:CopyCreate folder, file etcRename folder file etcBasically can't do anything.
