How can I move my digital license from another computer to a new one?

Let's call my old laptop X, and my new desktop Y. When I check X's activation setting, it says that the windows is activated through a digital license linked to my microsoft account when I'm logged into this account. I searched up many guides, but I could not find one talking about a digital license. I thought that simply logging into my account on Y would do the trick but it didn't and now I have this annoying watermark and can't customize my windows. Y has windows 11 home unactivated which I got through the media creation tool for the flash drive. It says that Y isn't compatible for transfer
