Why do I get tabbed out of my games without doing anything?

Hello, so I have a problem where when I play games, it ranndomly tabs me out to the desktop without me doing anything. It does that completely on its own. It is very frustrating, it happens very often and has been there for a very long time. I have searched for solutions but couldn`t find any. Also I heard that its a problem from Windows. Does anyone know more about this?Thanks for the help.
