windows 11 Windows update messed up graphics or bad license?

I bought a PC gamer with GeForce rtx 4060 , and Ryzen 7. 32gb of ram Kingston. Everything was working fine until I noticed it starting acting up after a windows update. I have already uninstall drivers and installed them directly from Nvidia. Programs won't display , however they are open in taskbar. I left-click anywhere in the desktop and the little window with options won't show. I need to send my PC to sleep and wake it up to make the programs display in my desktop. Also, all of my browsers crash but not close and send me a status acces violation message. PC is hooked up to my tv. I even c
