Hello, I have received this error when trying to download this particular file via windows update. I do not think that I have asked this question here. I believe that I have researched it. I used a windows troubleshooter, which says it will be discontinued. I also restarted some related services, which did not help.Note: all other updates have been successful the last two times, and maybe the last three times. I would like to know if there is another way that is not requiring Windows to be repaired or something like that (as tutorials suggest that).I see that this update mentions a channel, an
