Windows Hello suddenly went down and I can't get it back up, please help!

So long story short, I first noticed this issue when I had to keep resetting my PIN passwords every time on my laptop (Windows 11 ASUS ZenBook 14 OLED). Throughout this process, the first few times I've reset it are successful as compared to the rest later on, where it was later stated that the new PIN can't be created. Afterwards, I went to check settings, proceeded to Accounts>Sign-In Options and was able to identify the problem which was my Windows Hello was down. How so?
