Why can't I get into my computer?

When I start up my computer, a blue screen pops up telling me to select an account. I select mine and then enter my password. It keeps telling me the password is incorrect. It is not. I have logged into Windows on my phone, online, and on another laptop using the same username and password. I have tried entering my pin that I normally use to log in, it doesn't work. I tried changing the password, it doesn't work. Searching for answers online hasn't been helpful because I am not able to get into my computer at all to be able to try many of the suggested options for fixing this issue. I saw one
