Help please! I had a "Automatic repair, your pc didn't start correctly", after multiple tries to fix I got a "recovery, your pc couldn't start properl

I bought my laptop Huawei Matebook D 15 last year around February-April, so it's relatively new. I remember I installed Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Drivers for Windows® 10 and Windows 11* update because intel told me to install the update. After the restart, i got a blue screen "Automatic repair, your PC didn't start correctly", I tried "uninstall quality update" and "uninstall feature update" and both didn't work. Also tried to roll back my Bluetooth driver to the previous version in safe mode, it didn't help either.
