Hello comunityI made an email for my child long time back and never used it. i know the email address but cant figure out the password. Account is now blocked due to failed password attempts. password recovery keeps returning with "Unfortunately, we have determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership" i never sent any email from that account and I cannot be certain about the last password used. IS there any other way to get this password reset?My child account is already part of my microsoft family. but even from there I cannot do anyt
