windows 10 The computer does not go to sleep

When I put the computer into sleep mode, the screen goes out, but the computer itself continues to work (I can hear it making noise, and the keyboard backlight does not go off, although it should), after a few seconds the computer “wakes up”. Sometimes the command to go into sleep mode is completely ignored, and the computer itself does not go into it, and then only a reboot helps (but the computer still refuses to fall asleep on its own). The antivirus did not detect any threats
