Eventlog size and GPO's

We currently have a GPO set for our eventlog sizes. We would like to

remove the GPO, but in testing have seen that the event log drops back

to the setting(s) that were in place prior to the GPO. Is there a

location in the registry that 'saves' these old settings?

Hello avallk,

 

If you check the policy description, you will find a default setting if the

policy is not configured.
