PC keeps crashing, programs keep crashing, is there anyway of finding out what is causing the issue?

I keep receiving the blue screen of death randomly when I am playing games, sometimes it just closes the program itself without any notification or anything. I have a:Intel® Core i7-14700F32,0 GB (31,8 GB usable)NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070sometimes when i play Valorant it just crashes and says A Critical Error Has Occurred and Process Must Be TERMINATEDbut usually it just closes with no error please help me out, I want to know for sure what the issue is if someone could please guide me through the process.I appreciate any help, thank you.!
