how do I fix my mothers apps keep stopping and gets stuck on restart?

My Mothers computer just stuck on restart and apps keep stopping in the security and maintenance > reliability Monitor logs more info: My mother has a Dynabook satellite pro windows 11 all updated but when she opens a specific program like zoom it starts acting up not working properly so she restarts it and it gets stuck on restart always this has been happening in intervals same process she uses it works fine but then i think its the zoom app maybe that triggers some error or bug that makes the computer not function properly but mother thinks something to do with zoom app ill share all th
