laptop won't stay connected to internet

My laptop won't stay connected to internet. I turn it on and connect, after a few minutes it disconnects and sometimes the option for Wi-Fi even disappears entirely, both from the tray in the corner and my settings until I restart it.Once I restart, it sometimes stays connected for longer but still the same thing. (Yes, even other networks like my friend's home wifi or my own mobile Hotspot)Any help ?
